This beautifully packaged and delightfully pale Cinsault rosé
ticks all the boxes and is the best French sub £10 rosé we have tasted this year and believe me we have tasted probably too many! It’s by no means style over substance, with vines averaging 25 years from vineyards at 150m above sea level in the Puichéric commune of Occitanie, just a short distance from Carcassonne. Kept on its lees until bottling to retain freshness, Rose petal pink, fresh raspberry notes on the nose and complex palate with hints of cherry, pomegranate and a touch of cassis. Totally over delivers at this price.
