Tasting Note

The grapes are sourced from Organic vineyards around the Western Cape which are mainly planted on sandy loam soils. Standard white winemaking is carried out on Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon separately. The nose presents a fresh zesty style Sauvignon Blanc with hints of gooseberry, lime peel and citrus with a subtle floral lift. The palate shows exquisite balance between freshness, texture and fullness. Flavours of green apples, asparagus and lime peel carries through for a long lingering finish.
